CORRUPTION=CULTURE??
Here I
invite all of you to discuss about this sentence “Is
corruption a culture??” in this occasion, as we known corruption is the
biggest problem, that should be handle as soon as possible, and this problem is
becoming the main focus for the underdevelopment country, we also know the
develop country is have a small number of corruption cases, caused I believe
that poverty is the main reason why someone corruption, and that proved by some
fact that rich countries who has independent since a long time ago have a
higher level of self-awareness than the country who underdevelopment.
Before I
conclude my opinion, let’s us discussing first

Culture???
Culture comes from latin word colere that mean procedure and liability, that words could be definition as cultative the land and farming, in indonesia word culture mean budaya that also taken from sangsekerta word buddhaya, that word are have plural mean buddhi (budi atau akal) mind or intellect.
Definition of culture is culture is the way of life that develop and it had by the group of people inherited from generation to generation, culture formed from many complicated element, including religion system, politic, mores, language, tool , clothing, building, and works of art.
Corruption???

Corruption comes from latin word corruptio from verb corrumere that mean, rotten, corrupt, destablizing, twisting, bribing.
Definition of corruption is behavior of public official, both politicians, and civil servant who unnaturally and illegally enrich themselves or those close to him who abused public power entrusted to them.

all my opinion, I hope corruption can be handle by every country in world, hope
that government more care about society, and make the society interest
priority.
From what I've write above, I conclude that corruption is a culture caused it happend inherited from generation to generation like a definition culture it self.
